Cymar AGM

CYMAR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING is to be held Saturday 20th September 2025 11.00 - 4.00.

This will be a hybrid Meeting online and at Wrexham Quaker Meeting House / Ty Cyfarfod Crynwyr Wrecsam, Holt Road, Wrexham LL13 8HN

Refreshments will be available from 10.00. Please bring a packed lunch.

All Friends, or Attenders by arrangement with their AM Clerk(s), of Mid, North or South Wales or Southern Marches Area Meeting are warmly invited.

Papers and a Zoom link will be available on the Cymar website from 1 September.

Simultaneous Translation will be available for the Meeting.

Sarah Donaldson who is a member of the senior staff team of BYM will address the meeting on the subject:

“The essential trustee: service as a spiritual practice”
Sarah has served as a trustee of Britain Yearly Meeting and of Woodbrooke and is an Associate Tutor for Woodbrooke. The key elements of her work are in relation to supporting the transition to continuing
Yearly Meeting sessions and supporting Area Meetings and other Quaker communities that want to change their governance structures.

GETTING THERE BY CAR

There is room for 16 cars in the Meeting House Car Park abd more are available on a Saturday at the Surgery opposite the Meeting House.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The Meeting House is a gentle 25 minute walk from the Railway Station or a 15 minute bus ride.
